INNOVATION
Duobond® is continuously working to improve its glass repair systems. How can we make things more efficient, faster and better? How can we simplify the work of the repairer? In recent years, Duobond® has introduced the Iris BB9 repair system and the Duobond® Air Removal Tool (DART). In 2024 we have released a brand new product which is a gamechanger when it comes to repairing autoglass - the AUTOREP. The name states exactly what it is all about, AUTO-REPAIR. We also developed the Duobond® PULSE which is another option in semi-automation of repairs.
We plan to continue to introduce innovative systems in the coming years.
AUTOREP
The Autorep (and it's younger sister product - the Duobond PULSE) is the most comprehensive wireless windscreen repair machine from Duobond. The Duobond Autorep is a highly automated, touch screen and very user-friendly solution for perfect stone chip repairs in laminated glass. It is designed to take the guess work out of repairs, resulting in more accurate and seamless repairs to laminated glass.
An important feature of the Duobond Autorep is the innovative and unique control and programming option of the machine and the ability to select a fully dedicated program for every type of fracture/crack/starchip or situation.
During the selected program, Autorep will alternate the indicated pressure, vacuum and atmospheric pressure according to the pre-programmed program. This leaves the technician's hands free to perform other work and have a glass specialist do the work. Because not every fracture is the same, in addition to the complete programs, you can also choose to only apply pressure or vacuum via the control panel, for example, to achieve a perfect stone chip repair in laminated glass.
